This one is a round up of kids things on sale. If you’re looking more to shop for yourself (always) here’s my post from Earl Earl on the best sales from February.

PEHR

Right now, all nursery items are 30% off at Pehr - which is amazing. If you’re going to get a true diaper bag, this one is soft AND pretty. Plus stock up on muslin swaddles (we called them burp rags and used them for literally everything) for your own baby or for gifts. Also, these little pom pom bins are genius for toy storage (or for keeping your rolled up burp rags in…), and that round thing on the bottom left is a little play mat/blanket. When I first had a baby I had no idea how much time I’d spend with him on the floor on a blanket. This makes a great gift.
BODEN

This is a really good time to buy a kids’ coat, and Boden’s sale has a lot. On top of that, there are plenty of excellent basics, baby clothes (like this insane floral bubble romper), and plenty of women’s stuff on sale as well.
HANNAH ANDERSSON
Similar vibe to Boden, but Hannah Andersson’s sale has a lot of great, simple dresses for elementary school aged girls in really pretty prints, tons of cute PJs, knits, etc. This dress and these veggie PJ’s are my favorites.
MYTHERESA

MyTheresa’s kids sale has a lot of pieces from the likes of Stella McCartney, Dolce, Bonpoint, etc, and if you or a pal is into kids designer clothing, then this is really the sale for you. But they also carry a lot of very cute European kids brands like Mini Rodini (my favorite), Bobo Choses, Tiny Cottons, etc. This sale (which seems to be more or less always on) is typically my first stop when I’m shopping for my kids for a few very special pieces, and then I fill in the holes at, like, Gap.
CREWCUTS
You can always find great essentials and on-season goodies at J.Crew’s kid’s site, Crewcuts. This is where I stock up on basic tee shirts for my son.
DANRIE
Danrie is a NYC-based boutique that I honestly wasn’t familiar with before this week, but they have a GREAT selection of interesting-non preppy non-try-hard kids brands. I love LOVE this dress, this Tiny Cottons sweatshirt, and this insanely soft grandpa tee for a little boy from Mini Rodini.
MILK TEETH

Milk Teeth is one of my favorite resources for kids clothes - everything looks like what you’d hope to find at a vintage show for kids or something. It’s all a litle bit weird, but very cool (and not always very $$$). I love this Dalmatian print sweatsuit, but I really wish I could get my daughter to wear those striped pants with the rose tank.
AND THAT’S IT!
Happy shopping! I find shopping for the kids to be almost ALMOST as fun and satisfying as shopping for myself, so I hope you enjoy.
